I’d argue their timing was very fortunate since GTA 6 got pushed to next year. That game would’ve dominated the popularity votes on all the GOTY shows.
For me I thought they were beating around the bush. Aside from the last episode nothing important really happened and I’m getting tired of the empty blackmailing to escape every situation card.

Yes, reverse engineering is totally legal. The big asterisk here is that you can’t distribute any assets the company owns, so you need the original game files regardless to play the decompiled version.
